EMS Holding AS is the holding company of the E20 Group, developing energy management solutions for homeowners and small businesses. The company is a private limited liability company (Aksjeselskap), registered in Norway. As of June 2021, the company has close to 400 share holders, the majority being enthusiasts wanting to contribute improving the environment.

The company was founded in 2018, but the product provided by E20 has its origins more than a decade ago.
